Q. I purchased my product online (This applies to tint, radios, PPF, vinyl etc…). Can you install it?
A. Unfortunately, we no longer offer this service. The short answer is that it’s caused many issues.
10-Year Limited Warranty – Paint Protection Film (PPF)
This Limited Warranty applies to the installation of Paint Protection Film (PPF) provided by Elite Auto Solutions and covers the product for a period of ten (10) years from the date of installation.
Coverage
The warranty covers the following issues under normal use and proper maintenance:
Yellowing – discoloration of the film caused by UV exposure.
Cracking or Bubbling – defects in adhesion not caused by external damage.
Peeling – film lifting or separating from the surface.
Staining – surface stains that cannot be removed with proper care.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Accidents, collisions, or road hazards (stones, debris, etc.).
Improper maintenance, misuse, or negligence.
Exposure to harsh chemicals, fuels, or solvents.
Paint defects, rust, or pre-existing damage beneath the film.
Unauthorized removal, tampering, or reinstallation.
Claim Process
To file a claim, the vehicle owner must:
Provide proof of purchase and installation date.
Present the vehicle for inspection by [Your Company Name] or an authorized installer.
Allow a reasonable time for repair or replacement.
If the film is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, it will be replaced or repaired at no cost for materials or labor.
Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and vehicle.
Maintenance Requirement
Wash regularly using pH-neutral car soap.
Avoid abrasive brushes or harsh chemicals.
Wax or seal only with PPF-safe products.
Failure to follow proper care guidelines may void the warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the replacement of defective film or reinstallation. Elite Auto Solutions is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to vehicle downtime, loss of use, or diminished value.
